Jones Day represented Nordson Corporation in connection with a new delayed draw term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of $500 million with Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., as agent. The proceeds of which will be used to fund, in part, the acquisition of Atrion Corporation.
