Jones Day acted for ING Australia as sustainability coordinator and over 20 syndicated, bilateral and hedging lenders to bring more than A$1.7 billion of Ramsay Health Care's debt facilities onto an innovative sustainability-linked financing framework, which links the economic outcome of the debt facilities and hedging transactions to Ramsay's environmental, social and governance metrics.
