Michael Kobb included on the M&A Advisor list of "Emerging Leaders" for 2024

Michael (Mike) Kobb, a partner in the New York Office in the Financial Markets Practice, has been recognized on the M&A Advisor's 2024 "Emerging Leaders" list. The M&A Advisor established the program to honor excellence and foster mentorship and professional development among emerging leaders in the corporate finance sector.

Mr. Kobb's practice focuses on representing financial institutions, agents, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of financing transactions with a focus on general corporate matters, finance, and capital markets. His experience includes acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, unsecured and secured lending transactions, senior and subordinated loans, and asset-backed loans, among other credit matters (including debtor-in-possession facilities and exit facilities). Among other matters, he is currently representing Webster Bank on several health care industry transactions and M&T Bank on multiple mortgage servicing rights financing facilities, and was recently engaged by a private credit shop to assist with a cross-border financing for a UK-based company. He also recently represented Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation ("Wabtec") in connection with its $225 million investment-grade term loan facility, in addition to representing Wabtec on their other existing bank financing facilities. He correspondingly has experience with high-yield and investment-grade bond offerings, initial public and secondary equity offerings, and tender offers.
