Jones Day advised Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc., the world's largest integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company, in connection with its issuance of $500 million of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2014 and $500 million of 6.50% Senior Notes due 2019 in a public offering, underwritten by Banc of America Securities LLC, HSBC and RBC Capital Markets.
