Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by its portfolio company Media Source, Inc., a distributor of children's literature throughout the United States, of all of the outstanding capital stock of The Horn Book, Inc., a publisher of two subscription-based publications for libraries and educators. Jones Day also advised in connection with intellectual property matters.
