Jones Day advised DV4 in connection with the acquisition of Oakmayne Plaza, a significant development site in central London, and related purchase of a senior secured loan together with the entire capital structure of Eadon Limited by DV4 Properties Eadon Co. Limited. The financing consisted of a new £7.5 million facility provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
