Dell defends against Xpoint's patent infringement claims over peer-to-peer I/O technology

Client(s) Dell Inc.

Jones Day represented Dell Inc. in a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Xpoint Technologies against Dell and others. The subject matter of the suit centered around alleged technology and products that allow for peer to peer data transfers between I/O devices independent of a CPU. The parties resolved the dispute under terms favorable to Dell.
