GE resolves dispute with Fawoo over its patents on LED modular lamp and power pack technology

Jones Day represented General Electric Company subsidiary Lumination in a patent infringement action against a competitor, Fawoo Tech North America. Lumination's patents covered novel technology for modular LED lamps and heat sinking. Lumination came to a successful resolution of the dispute through settlement shortly after the close of briefing on claim construction.
