Jones Day represents Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its affiliated debtors and debtors-in-possession in the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court. In this capacity, Jones Day, as special counsel, has assisted and continues to assist Lehman Brothers in connection with numerous disputes relating to various derivative and structured product transactions.
