Jones Day assisted AFA Foods, one of the largest ground beef processing enterprises in the United States, with the sale of its King of Prussia, Pennsylvania ground beef processing facility to CTI Foods Holding Co. CTI is a leading provider of food products to national chain restaurants and was the successful bidder in the bankruptcy auction for the facility.
