Jones Day advised High Road Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company PANOS Brands, LLC of Ry-Con Specialty Foods, Inc., a producer and distributor of hormone-free cheeses and other products that do not contain any antibiotics, preservatives or animal by-products operating under the Andrew & Everett brand.
