Dignity Health forms joint venture with Optum Insight

Jones Day advised Dignity Health, the fifth largest hospital provider in the United States, in the formation of a joint venture with Optum Insight, a provider of information and technology solutions in the health care field. The joint venture has contracted with Dignity Health for the provision of Dignity Health's revenue cycle management ("RCM") services (previously conducted in-house), and will subsequently market its RCM expertise to third-party customers.
