Jones Day represented a Hong Kong subsidiary of Korean corporation, Taihan Global Holdings Limited, in multiple proceedings before the High Court of Hong Kong concerning claims against sales agents for fraud and misappropriation of millions of dollars of proceeds from the sale of copper rod into mainland China. The dispute also involves proceedings in mainland China.
