Valassis Communications successfully resolves Spanish competition law investigation

Client(s) Valassis Communications

Jones Day represented online advertisement company Valassis Communications in investigations by the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission of a possible abuse of a dominant position in the market for redemption and settlement of promotional offers. Those investigations were ultimately closed by the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission with a decision declaring no abuse had been committed.
