Jones Day represented affiliates of WL Ross & Co. LLC, as selling shareholders, in an initial public offering of $228 million of Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange by Navigator Holdings Ltd., an international and regional seaborne transportation services provider of liquefied petroleum gas, petrochemical gases, and ammonia for energy companies, industrial users, and commodity traders. Jefferies LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as joint book-running managers. Evercore Group L.L.C.; Fearnley Securities AS; Global Hunter Securities, LLC; and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated acted as co-managers.
