Jones Day advised Oriel Securities Limited, as placement agent and joint bookrunner, in connection with the £75 million (US$128 million) placing on AIM of new and existing shares by Secure Trust Bank PLC, a longstanding established UK bank valuing the company at £425 million (US$726 million).
