Jones Day represented BASE Company in a damage claim for abuse of dominant position against Proximus NV, the Belgian mobile incumbent operator. The proceedings were initiated in 2003 and settled out of court for a total of €120 million in 2015 in the wake of a favorable judgment rendered by the Brussels Court of Appeal in February 2015.
