Fédération Bancaire Française seeks advice in drafting of Execution Annex

Jones Day is providing advice to Fédération Bancaire Française (FBF) regarding the coordination of a working group set up by the FBF in connection with the drafting of an Execution Annex. This documentation is required by the new European Market and Infrastructure Regulation and proposes solutions similar to those of the ISDA/FIA-Europe Cleared Derivatives Execution Agreement published in 2013 jointly by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and the FIA-Europe (Futures Industry Association).
