Jones Day is advising a U.S. manufacturer of defense articles with a voluntary self-disclosure in connection with resolving potential compliance issues associated with an inadvertent failure to notify U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls regarding a change in the company's ownership structure. Jones Day is also assisting the company with associated government contracting compliance.
