CSXT seeks counsel regarding collapsed street and retaining wall

Client(s) CSX Transportation, Inc.

Jones Day represents CSX Transportation, Inc. ("CSXT") in connection with an accident involving a street and retaining wall that collapsed in Baltimore, Maryland. On April 30, 2014, the south side of East 26th Street between North Charles and Saint Paul Streets and a portion of a retaining wall located to the south of E. 26th Street collapsed onto the CSXT tracks running parallel to that block. Jones Day has been retained by CSXT to provide advice regarding claims that may be filed as a result of the collapse.
