Jones Day represented Western Digital, a leading provider of storage technologies and solutions that enable people to create, leverage, experience, and preserve data, in connection with its purchase of Series A Preferred Stock in a private placement by UPMEM, a fabless semiconductor company developing next generation hardware solutions for data intensive applications in the datacenter. C4 Ventures, Partech Ventures, and Supernova Invest acted as co-investors in the investment round.
