Jones Day successfully defended Dexia Crédit Local SA and Caisse Française de Financement Local before the Versailles Court of Appeal and the Nanterre Civil Court in connection with a lawsuit initiated by the City of Saint-Leu-la-Forêt related to structured loans. On March 28, 2018, the French Cassation Court dismissed all claims by the City of Saint-Leu-la-Forêt.
