Client(s) Henderson Park Real Estate Fund

Jones Day represented Henderson Park Capital Management in the formation of Henderson Park Real Estate Fund I ("HPREF I"), a $2.2 billion pan-European opportunistic and value added real estate investment fund, and in the Fund's related subscription-based credit facility. HPREF I was reported by Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) in July 2019 to be the largest first-time closed-end fund ever raised for the sector in Europe and was also PERE's 2019 "Capital Raise of the Year".
