Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the sale of its interest in the Health & Safety Institute (“HSI”) to Waud Capital Partners. Through its innovative technology platform, HSI provides training materials, courses, and programs in first aid and advanced emergency health care to healthcare professionals, first responders, employees, and the community. HSI’s library of training programs meet the requirements of nearly 5,000 state regulatory agencies, occupational licensing boards, and national associations in more than 500 occupations and professions.
