Jones Day assisted LFPI Gestion in the sale of Alliance Holding SAS and Alliance Hôtels Développement SAS, two holding companies owned by funds managed by LFPI Gestion and which directly and indirectly own a portfolio of 12 hotels in France, to Groupe Ferré, the leading independent French hotel group.
