Swissport completes cross-border restructuring

Jones Day has advised sponsor, HNA, on the cross-border restructuring of the air freight and logistics business, Swissport. The Swissport group has completed a restructuring via an English law scheme of arrangement and pre-packaged administration which comprehensively deleverages its balance sheet by approximately €1.9 billion, with a further €500 million of existing liabilities consolidated into a new long-term facility.
