True Capital forms True Capital III LP

Jones Day represented True Capital Ltd in connection with the formation of True Capital III LP, its third closed-ended fund focused on retail and consumer assets in the UK and globally. True raised their first private equity fund just five years ago and have now raised approximately £600 million in total. They exceeded their initial target of £250 million and reached their hard cap of £275 million in just six months with the whole fundraise conducted remotely.
