The Flemish Community issues €2 billion Notes, including Sustainability Notes

Client(s) Flemish Community

Jones Day assisted the Flemish Community, a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium, in connection with the update of its €25 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme and the issuance of (i) €750 million 3.000% Fixed Rate Notes due 2032 (10Y) and (ii) €1.25 billion 3.250% Fixed Rate Sustainability Notes due 2043. The Notes are listed on Euronext Brussels as of October 12, 2022.
