Human trafficking survivor obtains vacatur relief

Jones Day's Post-Conviction Relief Program obtained vacatur and records restriction of convictions for Client C. Client C was trafficked across the country, and her convictions directly resulted from her trafficking experience. Under Georgia's Survivors First Act, the Jones Day team obtained court orders vacating Client C's convictions and directing law enforcement agencies with jurisdiction over the offenses to restrict all related records.
