Jones Day advised Henderson Park Real Estate Fund I in connection with the disposal of its stake in the iconic Westin Paris-Vendome hotel to its joint venture partner, Dubai Holding. Jones Day advised Henderson Park on the acquisition of the hotel in 2018 as well as the formation of the joint venture with Dubai Holding.
