CleanCo signs gas agreement with Comet Ridge

Jones Day represented CleanCo Queensland Limited in its seven year gas purchase agreement with Comet Ridge Limited. The agreement provides for the purchase of a total contract volume between 21PJ and 25PJ from the Comet Ridge Mahalo Gas fields in order to operate CleanCo's low-emissions Swanbank E gas fired power station providing firming capacity to its renewable energy portfolio.
