Nordson Corporation increases revolving credit facility by $72.5 million

Jones Day represented Nordson Corporation in connection with an amendment to increase the commitments of its revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as agent, by $72.5 million, bringing the total amount available under the facility to $922.5 million.
