Euroclear acquires Banco Inversis

Jones Day is advising Euroclear SA/NV in its acquisition of Banco Inversis, a leading provider of global investment technology solutions and outsourced financial services.

Euroclear will become the full owner of Inversis by end 2027. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
