Jones Day advised the consortium of senior creditors consisting of Belfius Bank NV/SA, KBC Bank NV, and Triodos Bank on the financing of BSTOR SA/NVS' and Duferco Wallonie SA/NV's over €73 million total required investment (equity and (external) debt) for the development and construction of a 50 MW/2 hours BESS project, to be located in La Louvière (Belgium).
