Jones Day assisted Hansteen Holdings PLC with the £80.375 million ($123.8 million) acquisition of a 1.221 million-square-foot multi-sector portfolio of 61 freehold and leasehold assets from various subsidiaries of Kilmartin Holdings Limited (in Receivership), Kilmartin Group Limited (in Receivership) and Annfield Assets Limited (in Administration).
