Jones Day represented Koch Disruptive Technologies in connection with its lead investment in the $65 million Series D financing of Outrider, a Colorado-based provider of autonomous zero-emission systems for use in distribution yards. Outrider designs and manufactures electric vehicles for yard automation, reducing maintenance, lowering operating costs and providing reliable, clean power to customers.
