The lawyers of Jones Day invite you to our webinar series discussing issues and concerns that are top of mind for publicly traded companies. The sessions are held monthly and provide a holistic, multidimensional view of significant issues and trends affecting publicly traded companies, including SEC rulemaking and key governance, ESG, shareholder activism, M&A, litigation, and regulatory developments in the United States and abroad.
We hope you will be able to join us for one or more of these important discussions.

Starting this year (2025), many companies will need to comply with these new requirements for the first time, reporting on their 2024 fiscal year, and are gearing up for further regulatory change by the EU through a possible "Omnibus" regulation. This program will focus on key aspects of CSRD reporting, preparing CSRD compliance, and current EU regulatory developments.
