Aaron Agenbroad on Daily Journal's "Top Labor & Employment Lawyers" list five years in a row
Aaron Agenbroad, for the fifth consecutive year, has been named to the Daily Journal's list of "Top Labor & Employment Lawyers," a list that recognizes California lawyers who have made significant contributions in labor and employment law.
Mr. Agenbroad, a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice, focuses on employment litigation and strategic labor advice. In addition to serving as Partner-in-Charge of the San Francisco Office, a role in which he manages the operations of an office of approximately 65 lawyers, he remains a go-to lead lawyer for clients, guiding them through their most significant challenges across both employment litigation and traditional labor matters.
Recent client successes include advising a leading technology company on multiple matters involving union petitions or unfair labor practice charges that assert the company is a joint employer of the employees of some of its various contracted business partners, an issue which impacts many. His representation included a four day litigated NLRB hearing and success in getting multiple ULP charges withdrawn or dismissed. His NLRB election experience includes successful results in certification and decertification of elections involving retail facilities, newspapers, casinos, and health care institutions.
A Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, Mr. Agenbroad has been recognized as a "recommended attorney" by Legal 500 United States, as a BTI Client Service All-Star, among The Best Lawyers in America™ for "employment law: management," and among Lawdragon's "Leading Corporate Employment Lawyers."
