Jones Day counseled IL&FS Investment Management Limited in the formation of IL&FS India Realty Fund LLC, a $525 million Indian opportunistic real estate fund, and the related $155 million subscription credit facility provided by Deutsche Bank, London Branch to IL&FS India Realty Fund LLC to finance Indian real estate investments.
