Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day advised The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Express Courier International, Inc., a provider of on-demand or scheduled same-day package delivery. The financing consisted of secured credit, including revolving Term A and Term B loans.
