Riverside acquires Herb Thyme

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day counseled The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Herb Thyme Farms, Inc., the largest grower, shipper and marketer of conventional and certified organic fresh culinary herbs in the United States. The financing consisted of a senior secured revolving and term acquisition and working capital loan facility and subordinated note and warrant purchase agreement.
