Client(s) SCANA Corporation

Jones Day represented SCANA Corporation and certain of its affiliates in connection with the settlement of various claims against certain debtors in the Calpine Corporation chapter 11 cases. The claims arose from certain gas and electric transmission, service and other related agreements and regulatory proceedings before the FERC.
