Jones Day represented Hercules Unit Trust in connection with the £54 million (US $88.6 million) sale of its 50% interest in Deepdale Retail Park located in Preston, Lancashire, and associated co-ownership/JV arrangements together with the release of existing security and further charging of the retained 50% interest.
