MOI defeats bid protest and emergency stay motion challenging award to provide furniture for District of Columbia waterfront development

Client(s) MOI, Inc.

Jones Day assisted MOI, Inc. in successfully defending an award decision by the District of Columbia for the provision of furniture for the District's new Waterfront development. The District of Columbia Contract Appeals Board denied and dismissed the bid protest by Configuration, Inc. in its entirety. Jones Day also helped defeat an emergency stay motion filed by Configuration, Inc. in D.C. Superior Court. MOI, Inc.'s performance under the contract is now complete.
