Client(s) Tata Technologies, Inc.

Jones Day acted as English counsel to Tata Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd., in relation to a US$25 million facility to be granted to it by ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch, and guaranteed by Tata Technologies Limited to be used to refinance an existing loan.
