Jones Day represented Gavilon Holdings, LLC, a leading commodity management firm, in connection with its acquisition and related financing of DeBruce Grain, Inc., a leading agricultural company based in Kansas City, Missouri. The financing consisted of a term loan, a delayed draw term loan, and an amendment to Gavilon's ABL credit agreement.
