Jones Day represented High Road Capital Partners in connection with its acquisition and related financing of PANOS Brands, LLC, a consumer packaged goods company with eighteen brands focused on natural and specialty food products, from Royal Wessanen NV, a leading company in the European organic food market. The financing consisted of a senior secured and mezzanine debt financing.
