Riverside acquires Sunless

Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with its acquisition and related financing of Sunless, Inc., a manufacturer of spray tanning booths, innovative airbrush equipment, proprietary solutions, and professional-grade retail products in the sunless tanning segment of the indoor tanning industry. The financing consisted of a senior secured credit facility including a revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit, swingline, and term loan facility, and a senior subordinated credit facility.
