Jones Day represents Flowers Foods, Inc. in actions filed in Pennsylvania state court, alleging, among other things, claims of aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty arising out of Flowers' acquisition of Tasty Baking Company via an all-cash tender offer and subsequent merger for an overall purchase price of approximately $175 million.
