Jones Day represented Avtron Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries, leaders in the design and manufacture of electrical control and test equipment for multiple industrial segments, in connection with the financing arrangement for Avtron Aerospace, Inc. and Avtron Industrial Automation, Inc. The financing consisted of a secured revolving facility with a letter of credit sublimit.
